We strive for excellence and we do it as a team

The size and structure of our firm mean, that you will be part of a friendly team culture while still being presented with opportunities for leadership and professional growth within our company. Unlike many of the larger firms, we offer our staff opportunities to transfer and work for other business divisions. This gives you more choices to specialise in your chosen field.

On-the-job training is provided and external training to develop technical, business and personal skills. We also encourage staff to attend outside training courses to further develop their careers as professional accountants and advisors. You will receive ongoing guidance from your team members and partners to help you reach your full potential no matter what your level of experience.

Our open-door policy promotes sharing and discussion across all departments. Being a member of HLB International, the firm is part of a worldwide network of independent professional auditing and accounting firms. The HLB Secondment program has benefits for both you and the firm. This program provides opportunities for you, to broaden your experience and technical qualifications in a different country.

Social engagement

With active social clubs, sporting teams, staff Christmas parties and end of financial year celebrations there are many opportunities to foster relationships with those outside of your team. Most activities are planned with a mission to create smiles and generate laughter.

Corporate responsibility

We are proactively working towards reducing our impact on the environment and climate change. Some of the different firm initiatives include actively reducing waste and promoting paper-free offices, recycling and eco-purchasing.
